Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Jotter on your iPhone, or the App Store app → your profile → Subscriptions. Canceling keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
I lost my phone — is my data gone?
No. Sign in on your new phone with the same email or Google account and everything comes back. Your files sync to your account continuously.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any person inside the app to remove their file everywhere. To erase your entire account, use the account screen in Settings or email us — full deletion within 30 days.
Is my sign-in code email not arriving?
Codes come from signin@joinjotter.com and usually arrive within seconds. Check spam/promotions the first time, and mark it "not spam" so future codes land up front.
